Join us for a family-friendly Christmas celebration ceilidh with festival favourites The Monster Ceilidh Band plus special guests!

The band have created a sound full of head-banging, glowstick-waving energy - and it’s epic! Their experimentation with electronic beats, rock and funk has its roots in the traditional but produces something innovative, contemporary and truly unique.

Whether you’re a seasoned ceilidh dancer or it's your first time, get yourself in the Christmas spirit with a traditional Northumbrian dance party – no experience necessary.

The quintet features virtuosic traditional accordion and violin players Amy Thatcher and Catherine Geldard backed by Kieran Szifris on octave mandolin, Ivor Novello-nominated electronic composer and bassist David de la Haye and YouTube sensation D’n’B producer Joseph Truswell.

Feel free to join in a late-night musical session in the Dun Cow from 10pm.
